Prohibited Content
You may not upload or share:
- Images of anyone under 18 years of age
- Non-consensual intimate images ("revenge porn")
- Content depicting minors in any context, or any content marketed using terms like "teen," "young," "underage," "lolita," or similar age-suggestive language
- Content depicting extreme violence, mutilation, or "snuff"
- Content depicting incest or family-related sexual scenarios
- Content depicting bestiality or zoophilia
- Content depicting scat, bodily waste, or similar fetishes
- Content depicting rape, sexual assault, or non-consensual scenarios
- Content depicting illegal activities
- Content you do not have rights to share
- Images of other people without their explicit consent
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to law enforcement. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
Age Verification and Record-Keeping (18 U.S.C. 2257)
By uploading images to this Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- All persons depicted in any images you upload are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal right to upload and share such images
- If the images depict yourself, you consent to their use within this Service
- If the images depict others, you have obtained their explicit consent
We maintain records as required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and related regulations. The custodian of records can be contacted through the feedback form on our main page.
AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. You understand and agree that:
- AI responses are generated automatically and for entertainment purposes only
- AI responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind
- The AI is not a real person and cannot form real relationships
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI responses
Premium Services and Payments
Premium features may be available for purchase. By purchasing premium services:
- You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan
- All pricing, including any trial periods and recurring charges, will be clearly displayed before purchase
- Recurring subscriptions will be billed automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled
- You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through your account settings
- Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used premium features
- No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations of these Terms
- Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in account termination and collection action
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
Service Availability
For premium subscribers:
- We strive to maintain service availability at all times
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control
- If you experience extended outages affecting your paid features, contact us for potential service credits
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to process it for the Service.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that:

- The Service will meet your expectations
Limitation of Liability

Termination
